PLANO, Texas (WTVR) — People are praising a Texas police officer for what he did after pulling over a driver with an expired inspection sticker. The officer wrapped a $100 bill in with the ticket he wrote Hayden Carlo, Carlo told the officer he could not afford the car inspection.”I said ‘there’s no explanation for why I haven’t done it, except I don’t have the money.’ I said ‘it was either feed my kids or get my registration done,” Carlo told the Texas television reporter. “I opened it up and there’s a $100 bill. I broke down in my car what else could I do.”
